This conformal fitting suit with its 300° visor minimizes worker fatigue. High volume air flow, made possible by multiple exhaust valves, supplies added cooling. These combined features provide comfort during extended wear, this increasing efficiency and productivity in manufacturing and laboratory applications.

Knowing the grave importance of the first decision, in 1979, ILCs team of materials experts developed a chemical suit material that met their high chemical resistance standards. A lot went into this effort - over fifteen years of extensive involvement in the space program and numerous government contracts. The end result was a superior suit material - Cloropel™.

Cloropel™, an enhanced CPE with improved performance characteristics, serves as a powerful protection barrier between you and your hazardous environment. Cloropel™ has been fabricated into a 20 mil blue material - for high visibility and safety.

Chemturion™ Model 3525 Level A Airline Protective Suit

Constructed of blue 20 mil Cloropel™ material with 300° visor. Includes leg flanges, Hazmax Boots attached to hard boot cuff, Scott Pass Thru, Communication Pocket. Manifold is located on left side and closure opens top to bottom. Standard ILC wrist cuff. O-rings are not supplied with suit - use your own clamping device or order the O-rings offered by ILC. Manifold located on right side, front entry leak proof closure opening from bottom to top.

The Chemturion™ Model 3525 is available in 7 sizes and your choice of mens boot size 7-14.

Chemturion™ Model 3530 Level A Protective Suit

Constructed of blue 20 mil Cloropel™ material and includes visor with 300° visibility, one-piece construction from head to toe, belt loops to support use of ILC Bio Belt, compatible with HEPA filter and Vortec Air Conditioner, manifold located on the right side, front entry leak proof closure that opens from bottom to top, and standard ILC wrist cuffs.
